1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item that does not match your order.
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been used or altered.
2. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product (if required).
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent back within 7 days of approval.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products without original packaging or missing parts.
- Orders not reported within the 48-hour timeframe.
